Every year, REAL Trends, a trusted source of news, analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry, releases a list of America’s best real estate agents. This year’s list included nearly 14,000 residential real estate professionals across the United States ranked based on their excellence in real estate sales during 2017. To qualify, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transactions sides—meaning they successfully served as either the buying or selling agent at least 50 times. Or, they must have had at least $20 million in sales volume in 2017. In comparison, the average residential real estate agent in the United States closed 12 transactions in 2016.

We’re proud to announce that the 2018 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list included a total of 18 Realtors from the Group’s Fort Collins and Loveland offices! When ranked by sides, our Groupies snagged 13 spots out of the 18 total agents from the Fort Collins and Loveland area. And when ranked by sales volume, our Groupies snagged 18 spots out of the 24 total agents representing the same area!
