Zach was born and raised in Northern Colorado and grew up in Loveland. He married his high school sweetheart, Jessica, and they're blessed with three daughters. He loves learning about history, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

After getting a Culinary Arts and Hospitality Degree, he managed at Starbucks Coffee for almost a decade. There, he built relationships with the community and set the standard for service, attention to detail, and handling the unexpected. He prides himself in staying ahead of trends by studying the market.
