Matt joined The Group in 2008 as a Broker Associate/Partner and moved into a Managing Broker role in 2015.

For the past 18 years he has been involved in various facets of real estate.  He worked his way up from a Field Customer Service Representative with Melody Homes to the Director of Marketing for the Colorado division of D.R. Horton Homes.  From there he was a Brand Manager with the renowned real estate branding and marketing firm, Milesbrand.  During his time with Milesbrand, Matt worked with several mid to large scale home builder and development clients across the United States to launch and maintain sales and marketing efforts.

He developed a successful real estate business within The Group during his first seven years with the company.  During that time he assisted over 150 buyers and sellers with over $42 million in real estate transactions.  Matt was awarded the Rookie of the Year from the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors in 2009.  He’s also been through the Leadership Northern Colorado and Leadership Loveland programs and has served on various boards and committees throughout the community including the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, No Barriers USA, and the Thompson School District.  He is also a Navy veteran having served four years on an aircraft carrier stationed in Virginia.

Matt is married and has three growing children who keep him active and enjoying all of the great amenities of Northern Colorado.
