Kevin Bolin is a serial entrepreneur who was raised in Colorado Springs, CO. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and is armed with a BS in Psychology—a degree that has proven to be quite useful in real estate.

 

After graduating, Kevin went on to become a top account manager at Ultimate Support Systems and spearheaded deals with Guitar Center, Sam Ash, and major music chains throughout the United States.

 

He took a leap of faith in 2000 and began his real estate career. He joined RE/MAX Advanced and was a finalist for rookie of the year. During his tenure at RE/MAX, Kevin and his wife Barb founded KEVCO Real Estate Investments & Property Management. KEVCO went on to become one of the largest property management companies in Northern Colorado. Kevin and Barb sold KEVCO in 2009 and began their search for their next business opportunity. 

 

In 2011, Kevin and Barb opened The Mayor of Old Town, a nationally recognized craft beer bar in Fort Collins. The Mayor quickly became a city staple and built a dedicated fanbase. After a successful run that lasted almost a decade, Kevin and Barb sold The Mayor in late 2020 and the bar continues to be a premiere destination for Northern Colorado beer lovers.
