Diana was born and raised in Sterling, Colorado, but has resided in the Northern Colorado area since 1990. Diana began her career in real estate with The Group in 1994 and has called it home ever since. After spending more than three decades here, she has established deep roots in the Loveland and Fort Collins communities and is extremely knowledgeable about the current local real estate market.
Prior to starting her real estate career, Diana worked in banking and as a mortgage loan processor for a few years, which provided her with valuable insight into the mortgage side of the industry. From 1994 till 1999, Diana wore many hats working as a staff member and then a licensed personal assistant at The Group before she dove into selling real estate on her own. Diana says she thinks of her clients as family and finds great joy in helping them make their real estate dreams a reality. She strives to help people feel at ease and well taken care of throughout the entire home buying or selling process, making it seamless and stress-free. Nothing is more rewarding to her than serving repeat clients or receiving a referral from a past client and helping them realize the value of home ownership.
Diana lives with her two dogs and has three grown daughters: Cassie, Tiffany, and Carrie. Being a single mother and raising her three daughters on her own taught Diana the importance of hard work and perseverance. Learning these valuable lessons early on has helped in her real estate career to have the mindset there are no hurdles that can’t be overcome. Because of this she is dedicated to making sure her clients meet their dreams and goals as well. Diana has teamed with her daughter Tiffany and together they bring over 45 years of real estate experience to the table. She takes delight in cooking, entertaining, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Gwen. She enjoys being active in her community. She has served as a board member of Habitat for Humanity, was a founding member of Women Give with United Way of Larimer County in 2006, a founding member and board member of Mountain View Rotary in 2007, and past board member for The Group Real Estate serving from 2016 till 2020. She is still active in all of these organizations today, as they are near and dear to her heart.
