I first fell in love with Fort Collins while studying sustainable urban development and economics at Colorado State University, but I happened to graduate right at the start of the Great Recession which meant that well laid plans were subject to change. So when opportunity presented itself I left Fort Collins for California. While this was a uncertain time for many people it taught me how to quickly to adapt to challenging situations and that a strong work ethic paired with clear goals can overcome any obstacle.
After several years of working in property management & green building in San Francisco and Denver I found my true calling as a Realtor working with a small firm in Denver. In 2016 my wife and I decided to moved back to Fort Collins because of the amazing community involvement, business and outdoor opportunities that Northern Colorado provides. As a Partner at The Group Inc. I am able to combine my love of architecture with a background in property management, real estate investing & green building to assist clients with the sale and purchase of properties across Northern Colorado.
My passion for environmental sustainability extends to my business by working to help each client reduce their utility bills and increase the value of their home through energy efficient updates and renewable energy options. I have the education and experience to serve as your guide in this fast paced market to find a home that fits your lifestyle and budget all while working to Go Green!
I am an avid fly angler and currently serve on the Board of Trustees for the Rocky Mountain Flycasters. I love teaching people to fly fish and will happily take clients and friends out for a day on the Cache la Poudre or Big Thompson Rivers.
