Real Estate Experience

 

I am doing what I love to do! I have been involved in every aspect of real estate since 2001 and feel very blessed to help hundreds of families, investors, builders, and friends with their real estate needs. My goal is to always exceed your expectations, make sure you feel taken care of and that hard work is being put in the efforts to get you to your real estate goals. Since 2005 I have been actively selling new construction and have worked with some of the top builders in the Northern Colorado market. I am very grateful for the relationships I have built, and the trust my clients have given me, and I am excited for the opportunity to serve you!  

My span of knowledge includes: New home sales training and selling, marketing and advertising for residential properties, escrow and assistance to top commercial and residential Realtors, and ample knowledge of investments from kiddie condos to multi-family and single-family investments. My family has a long and successful track record in the real estate business. Both my father, Ron, and my brother, Ryan, are active and well-respected in the real estate industry. One would say real estate runs in our blood! It was a natural fit for me after college and I am forever grateful for the path my family showed me to help others with such an incredible investment for their families. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I put my heart into my work, and I hope you feel that when we work together.

Personal Data

I was born and raised in Colorado. I can not imagine a more fabulous place to live! I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication; go Rams! My husband Guy and I have an amazing daughter named Boe, born in May 2021. She is very active and the light of our world. We a 9lb Dorkie! I enjoy traveling, boating, working out, cooking, and especially spending time with our family and friends!
