The 8 Best Places for Avocado Toast in Fort Collins

We all love a good food fad. Cupcakes, kale, ramenbacon everything — we’ve seen it all in the last 20 or so years. But there’s one food phenomenon we hope doesn’t go away any time soon: avocado toast!

While this savory breakfast item consists of two obvious ingredients (bread and smashed or sliced avocado), avocado toast can often contain a variety of creative ingredients, like pickled onions, feta cheese, fried eggs, bacon and more. In fact, the more obscure the toppings, the better!

The next time you’re craving this millennial breakfast staple, here’s where you can track one down. These local coffee shops and restaurants are serving up some incredible avocado toasts in Fort Collins!

Or branch out with the Urban White Bean Hummus, which is made with white bean hummus, sliced avocado, your choice of egg, sprouted organic quinoa and local honey drizzle.
