This time of year, many of us create goals related to our finances, health and fitness, career, and overall well-being. There’s something about the new year that promotes fresh starts and healthier habits. If you’re amongst those taking steps for a healthier, happier year in 2021, you may be searching for fitness classes to help keep you accountable with your specific goals.

That’s why we created a list of the many fitness classes in Northern Colorado, including both in-person classes and virtual options if you’re not quite ready to return to the gym yet. Whether you’re looking for a yoga, pilates, barre, HIIT, strength or cardio class — or some combination of the above — there’s a class for you!

And the best part is, these classes help support local Northern Colorado gyms that experienced a number of challenges in 2020. Your financial support means the world to these local gyms!
