Pendleton is one of the most renowned brands for all things cozy, especially when it comes to their iconic wool blankets. Peruse their wide selection of colorful blankets, each made with pure virgin wool woven in their mills and combed for a softer, thicker feel. ‘Tis the season for extensive tea sipping! What started as a small shop in Boulder in 2005, has now grown to a Colorado original with locations in downtown Fort Collins and Cherry Creek North in Denver. Ku Cha House of Teas has hundreds of teas, teaware and gifts in their Old Town shop, and every tea has information about its flavors, origins and legends. When you shop online, you can check out similar inventory and even blend your own tea!
If you’re more of a coffee drinker, Fort Collins has plenty of that too! One of our favorites is Bindle Coffee, a coffee shop and roastery situated in Jessup Farm Artisan Village. The Bindle team roasts their own beans inside their beautifully transformed 19th-century mechanic’s shop, and you can taste their creations from the comfort of your own home by purchasing a bag or signing up for a subscription to keep the coffee coming week after week!
If you’re purchasing all these beverages, you’ll need a new mug to put it in! And what’s better than one you make yourself? Smokestack Pottery is a pottery studio in the River District offering classes, art gallery exhibitions and art studio space. The Happy Hour Throw Down is a reservation-only experience that invites budding pot throwers to bring drinks and snacks for a two-hour art experience. Sign up for a class to create your own masterpiece you will appreciate each time you sip out of it!
