The Barre classes at Lighthouse Dance are designed for both dancers and non-dancers. Hatfield Chilson Recreation Center Classes

Operated by the City of Loveland, Chilson Recreation Center is a full-service fitness, sports and aquatics facility complete with more than 100 weekly fitness classes, an indoor track, open courts, a lap pool, a zero-depth entry leisure pool with a lazy river, free weights and circuit weights, indoor cycling and more. Choose from a variety of classes covering a range of subjects, including cycling, pilates, yoga, aquatics, Tai Chi, aerobics, Zumba and much more. Most classes are included with the Chilson daily admission fee! Childcare is also available during certain hours for children between the ages of 3 months and 8 years old.

Colorado Active Pilates is a boutique studio in Loveland specializing in private and semi-private therapeutic pilates instruction. Their customized teaching style tailors movements to each client’s individual needs, empowering them to own the exercises and see progress over time. The studio only offers private and semi-private (two people or a small group) sessions, which are by appointment only. They can be booked for 25 or 55 minutes Monday through Friday, and one 55-minute private session is required to schedule semi-private sessions on the equipment.

 

Zumba at Loveland Athletic Club

If you haven’t tried Zumba yet, you’re missing out! Created by native Columbian Alberto “Beto” Perez in 2001, Zumba is the only Latin-inspired fitness program that combines the fun of dancing with a cardiovascular workout.
