Organized by REAL Trends and Tom Ferry, America’s Best Real Estate Professionals honors and ranks the finest real estate agents from all across the country, and this year’s ranking includes 18 Partners at The Group, Inc.
That means 18 of our Groupies are among the top agents in the United States! To be specific, their success in 2018 puts them in the top half of 1% of the 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals in the country. To qualify for America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transactions sides—meaning they successfully served as either the buying or selling agent at least 50 times. Or, they must have had at least $20 million in sales volume in 2018. In comparison, the median number of transaction sides in 2018 for residential specialists was 12.
