Before Ginger and Baker opened in 2017, their building was the historic Northern Colorado Feeders Supply. Now completely restored, preserved and updated, Ginger and Baker is a thriving local restaurant and bakery that is an absolute must-try. While The Cache, their fine dining section, does take reservations, The Cafe doesn’t! They serve breakfast all day long with plenty of other incredible entrees for you to choose from.
A cornerstone of Fort Collins, Thai Pepper offers some of the best and most authentic Thai food in Colorado. It’s the perfect spot for a casual lunch or a dressed up date night—and you don’t have to make a reservation! The Colorado Room embodies everything we love about Fort Collins. They serve delicious food and drinks that are locally sourced, showcase local art and artisan goods, and have live music performed by local musicians. They even donate a portion of their proceeds to a local charity of choice, allowing you to have a direct impact on our amazing community!

For high-quality Italian dishes, we recommend The Twisted Noodle. Not only do they serve the freshest ingredients from local Colorado businesses and vendors, but they can also make almost any item on their menu gluten-free—even their mouth-watering pasta dishes!

The Gold Leaf Collective is Fort Collins’ first 100% plant-based restaurant, and it followed their wildly popular food truck: The Silver Seed. They work extremely hard to make sure the meals they create are not only delicious but also contain zero animal by-products. Their menu includes some truly unique and tasty entrees and desserts, and it rotates regularly based on seasonal, local ingredients.
