Fort Collins is a famous fitness destination. Our city is already a Road Runners Club of America Official Runner Friendly Community, and we’re repeatedly ranked on the country’s lists of most-bike friendly communities. But after our outdoor excursions, City Park runs and bicycle commutes, it’s nice to have a place to wind down while strengthening our minds and bodies. Lucky for us, our city also has an impressive lineup of yoga studios where we can do just that!
To help you find your perfect fit, we rounded up FoCo’s best—from mindful studios to full fitness centers. Whether you’re a beginner or an old pro, your practice will flourish inside each and every one of these local spots. Welcome to the city’s booming yogi community!
Owned and operated by a local Fort Collins family, this branch of Yoga Pod offers eight different styles of yoga ranging from traditional to strength-building and everything in between. That even includes Sweat, Heat, and Beatz, a yoga class set to decidedly un-yogic music. And because they offer classes as early as 5:30 a.m. and as late as 8:30 p.m., you can fit in your practice at any time.
Old Town Yoga is proud when their community calls them “down to earth” — and it’s a common descriptor for Fort Collins’ first yoga studio. In addition to offering a schedule of varied and frequent classes, they are a certified yoga school, a healing center and a community hub for engagement, health and sustainability. Check out their schedule here and follow them on Facebook for updates on special events!
