Domenic’s Bistro & Wine Bar
You may go to Domenic’s for a glass of wine, but the menu and delicious scents from the kitchen will keep you there for dinner. Since 2003, this cozy Fort Collins bistro has been honing their wine list and constantly evolving their food menu to ensure freshness.
Genoa Espresso & Wine
Genoa serves crafted coffee drinks by day, but becomes a cozy wine bar at night! Ask their expert servers for suggestions, then pair a decadent dessert with a smooth espresso and follow it up with a glass from their revolving wine list.
Lost Prairie Winery
You may have noticed local favorite, Blue Skies Winery, has a new look. Now Lost Prairie Winery, you can taste old favorites and new libations on site every day. Get a cheese plate or a chocolate pairing and turn your tasting up a notch!
Vintages
To get a tasting at Vintages, you’ll have to make a reservation, but the extra effort is worth it — and you even can book online! Since 1999, Master Vintner, Lino Di Felice, has been crafting small-batch wines right here in Fort Collins. Inspired by family tradition and local flavor, you’re sure to find something to love at Vintages.
Loveland

Origins has been a local favorite since it opened its doors in 2015. That same year, they won Best New Restaurant and Best New Business in the Loveland Reporter-Herald’s Reader’s Choice Awards. With a full wine bar, crafted cocktails, beer on tap, artisan wood fired pizza and handcrafted gelato, you now have an excuse to stop by for every occasion.
Generations Wine and Martini Bar
In downtown Loveland, Generations serves locally crafted selections including wines, microbrews and martinis. Their food menu includes pizza, sandwiches and tapas, so stop by for a meal, a quick bite or drinks with your girlfriends!

Forgotten Roots: An American Heritage Winery
An American Heritage Winery was born out of the idea that great wine can be made with ingredients available in Colorado. Though that doesn’t always include grapes, their wines have tastes from locally grown apples, apricots, cantaloupes, gooseberries, peaches, plums, raspberries and even cactus fruit. Stop by their adorable house-turned-winery for a taste of Colorado.
