Fort Collins has no shortage of events. As a college town and a music haven, we’re filled with local musicians putting on amazing shows — and we attract some worldwide traveling bands too! For theater lovers, our community comes together to put on dramatic and hilarious shows and we revel at the nationally touring productions (wait until you see who’s coming!).
We got together our favorite and most anticipated events in the Fort Collins area so you can enjoy too! There’s a little something for everyone. Take the family out for a night of laughter one night, then take your friends to a local concert and dance the next!
Evita
Now – November 13 | Candlelight Dinner Playhouse
This Tony Award-winning musical tells the story of Eva Perón, one of Argentina’s most passionate political figures. Alongside characters Che Guevara and Matt LaFontaine, this show is filled with drama and passion. October 26 | Aggie Theater
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the release of their album Turn the Radio Off, Reel Big Fish will be playing the entire album front to back along with various other hit songs. Playing traditional ska-punk, Reel Big Fish puts on an exciting show every time! Buy tickets before they’re gone!
Perpetual Groove
October 27 | Aggie theater
Perpetual Groove plays anthemic arena rock, but often break the genre boundaries with jazz, psychedelic, R&B and electronic elements. Accompanied by intense and retina-shocking light shows, their live performance is a must-see! Get tickets here.

October 28 | Hodi’s Half Note
Celebrate Halloween with a few local bands at Hodi’s Half Note this year! Featured as one of our favorite Local Fort Collins’ Bands, all three are FoCo favorites and always put on a great show. Buy tickets here and wear your costumes! The bands will be dressed up as Radiohead, The Cure and Arctic Monkeys.
The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
October 28 & 29 | Lincoln Center Magnolia Theatre
This family-friendly production of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes will be wrapping up its show this weekend. A hilarious and winding story, the Lincoln Center’s production is put on by young actors and tickets are only $8! Catch a show before it’s over.

This intense play brings the audience right to the edge of the action. Featuring themes of life, death, friendship and relationships, this may not be suitable for young children, but get your friends together for a moving show! The Burroughs are hosting their Third Annual Halloween Extravaganza in Greeley on Saturday. Another local band featured on our local favorites, The Burroughs are a blues-rock group who have exploded recently as one of the best out of Northern Colorado. A Nightmare on College Avenue

A Nightmare on College Avenue is a Halloween-inspired music event. It takes place at both the Aggie Theater and Hodi’s Half Note with different bands playing at each venue. Rockin’ Road to Dublin

Rockin’ Road to Dublin is coming to Fort Collins for one show. If you’re into dance, Irish music, rock and roll or just love to be amazed, you can’t miss it! Women& Yoga + Live DJ
November 4 | The Articulate
Women& Inc. will bring together some of Fort Collins’ most experienced yoga teachers for evenings of fun, exercise and socializing. Each event features a new music set and a different teacher. On November 4, classes will be hosted by Julia Tompkins from Mindstream Yoga. Stick around after yoga for drinks and socialization. Any skill level is welcome, so buy your tickets here!

The Flick is a dramatic comedy play, exploring the ways humans make connections and interact with one another. The play has won a Pulitzer Prize for Drama, the Susan Smith Blackburn Award and an Obie Award for Playwriting. This live show is perfect for the whole family. Martin and Chris Kratt, creators of the popular kids’ show Wild Kratts are bringing their show to life.
