We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new office in Timnath! We hosted our grand opening on February 14, coinciding with The Group’s 46th anniversary.

Our new office exemplifies our slogan of “Build Amazing Things,” which is appropriately and prominently displayed on the wall. From its 28-foot-high ceilings and rich wood finishes to its elegant lighting fixtures and in-house coffee shop, The Group’s Timnath office redefines how real estate business gets done in Northern Colorado. The design thoughtfully combines the comforts of home with the capabilities of the latest customer-service technology.

“As a residential real estate company, we wanted a space that feels like a home,” said Brandon Wells, president and CEO of The Group. “You’ll find a living room, quartz countertops, and even an oven for baking delicious baked goods.”

Bringing the Coffee Shop to Our Customers

For centuries, coffee has served as a catalyst for both social and business engagements. So why not make coffee an integral part of the experience for our customers?

“It seems our brokers are lining up client meetings at coffee shops almost every day,” Wells said. “So now we can make these coffee conversations an integrated part of our service.”

With fixtures that include café-style booths, the coffee shop experience represents the latest in a long line of real estate innovations at The Group. The in-house barista, who also doubles as the “head of household” for the new office, will be on hand to grind beans, manage the espresso machine, and pour cappuccinos and lattes for Group staff and their guests.

High-Tech + Comfortable Design

Our office is much more than a meeting place with a coffee shop. It is a space primarily for Group brokers to help homebuyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. At approximately 3,000 square feet in size, the new location is outfitted with glistening meeting rooms—all named after one of Colorado’s Fourteeners—staff training rooms, and high-tech communications and mapping tools for staying on top of the local housing market.

From the boardrooms to the bathrooms, visitors will experience a high-end, home-like interior. It has a modern yet inviting feel with features like wood paneling on the ceiling, unique light fixtures, glass walls, and wall plantings.

A Strategic Location

The Group’s sixth location is strategically located in the middle of one of the fastest-growing housing sub-markets in Northern Colorado — Timnath. The community is bustling with new construction developments and has seen significant growth over the last several years. In fact, Timnath had a 2020 population of 8,106, which grew by 1196.96% since its population of 625 in 2010.

Our new office is located at 4600 Signal Tree Drive, Suite 600, in the Plaza at Riverbend, close to I-25, providing easy access to other communities in the region. This provides a central meeting place for both customers and Group agents living elsewhere throughout Northern Colorado.

“We wanted to provide a mobile environment for our brokers,” said Wells. “We also want to build community, and we designed the Timnath office as a community meeting space.”

Partnering With Local Experts

If you’ve been around a while, you know The Group is focused on all things local. So it was important to us to partner with other local businesses throughout the planning, building and designing process. That’s why we assembled a talented team of professionals to bring our vision to life. The new office was designed by Chris Aronson of VFLA Architects in Fort Collins and built by Elder Construction of Windsor. And Pam Sunderman Design of Fort Collins spearheaded the interior design work.

We hosted our grand opening for the Timnath office on February 14, coinciding with our 46th anniversary. It was an exciting day for the company and our community, as many Groupies and customers gathered to celebrate the occasion and admire the many features of the office — including the coffee bar!
