The Group Real Estate’s Annual Real Estate Forecast has become a much-anticipated event within the Northern Colorado community over the years, as both realtors and members of the community (including the press) gather to understand recent trends in the industry and look forward to what’s to come in the months ahead.
The forecast event reviews the trends and statistics that defined the Northern Colorado housing market in the previous year, in addition to housing prices, employment, population, mortgage rates and more. Plus, we announce our predictions for what we believe is on the horizon for Northern Colorado real estate in the upcoming year.
The Forecast Has Gone Virtual
Like many events over the last 10 months, our Annual Real Estate Forecast event has gone virtual! We are streaming the event on January 19th at 6 p.m. Mountain Time on YouTube, Facebook and on our website. This 60-minute presentation will be given by The Group’s president Brandon Wells, who will walk through the details about the prosperous 2020 NoCo real estate market and share hopeful predictions for 2021.
In the past, our forecast event typically attracts as many as 1,200 attendees at a large venue, but this year — you can tune in from the comfort of home. While we’ll miss meeting face to face, this allows for easier access and more shareability!
Accuracy in Years Past
In the past, our forecasts have been between 95 and 99% accurate. Last year, our 2019 predictions showed a 99.5% accuracy for Northern Colorado home sales and 98.75% accuracy for average sales price. And this year, we experienced 93% accuracy with our predictions for 2020.
