Each year, REAL Trends measures and ranks the top performing brokerages across the entire country, and we’re proud to announce The Group, Inc. has once again been ranked in the top 500.
On that list, our independent brokerage ranks 139th according to closed sales volume with a grand total of $1,795,705,170 in 2018. By transaction sides, The Group, Inc. ranks 190th with 4,265 sides in 2018.
Those impressive numbers also put us on the ranking of the largest independent brokerages at number 63 out of 209 total. We’re also ranked 139th in The Billionaires Club for closing at least one billion dollars worth of residential real estate in 2018. Out of the top brokerages in Colorado—a REAL Trends list ranked by transaction sides—The Group, Inc. is fifth overall, competing with some of the largest names in the nation.
And these same numbers landed us a spot on the Swanepoel Top 1000 Real Estate Brokerages, a list that measures sales volume, transaction sides and agent count. You can see that list here and find us ranked 148th.
But at The Group, Inc., we offer much more than just home selling. In fact, in Northern Colorado, we’re the only company with in-house mortgage services, a title company and a relocation department, which also puts us in the running for the REAL Trends ranking of Top Core Services Providers. With 609 mortgage transactions and 2,293 title transactions, we’re ranked 36th for our services, putting us on the Top Firms Ranked by Mortgage Closings and the Top Firms Ranked by Title Closings.
