Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night you can dance to live DJs then coe back the next day for delicious fish tacos. CB & Potts began as RAM Deluxe Tavern in 1971 in Washington—and we’ll always welcome a ram here in Fort Collins. Today, the family-owned restaurant empire has expanded to more than 30 restaurants in seven states, but the CB & Potts name can only be found in Colorado.
