Now completely restored, preserved and updated, Ginger and Baker is a thriving local restaurant and bakery that is an absolute must-try. While The Cache, their fine dining section, does take reservations, The Cafe doesn’t! They serve breakfast all day long with plenty of other incredible entrees for you to choose from.

The Gold Leaf Collective is Fort Collins’ first 100% plant-based restaurant, and it followed their wildly popular food truck: The Silver Seed. They work extremely hard to make sure the meals they create are not only delicious but also contain zero animal by-products. Their menu includes some truly unique and tasty entrees and desserts, and it rotates regularly based on seasonal, local ingredients.
