Brunch is perhaps the trendiest and most delicious meal in existence. After all, you can’t go wrong pairing Eggs Benedict with a bubbly mimosa. Most importantly, we don’t think it should be confined to the weekend, and thankfully, neither do our local chefs and restaurateurs. Here in Fort Collins, we get to enjoy some of the best breakfast and brunch spots in all of Northern Colorado every day of the week.

The Backporch Cafe
This down-home, farmhouse restaurant serves comfort food fare that includes homemade baked goods and house-smoked meats. Offered seven days a week until 2 p.m., you’re invited to grab a seat at the table and find out why homemade tastes better. The menu includes everything you could possibly crave in the morning from omelets and burritos to quiches, French toast and everything in between.
The Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club is one of Fort Collins’ best local spots for tasty, home-cooked meals. The team behind this family restaurant crafts hearty comfort foods for both breakfast and lunch every day of the week.
Butters

At this Fort Collins original, they make everything fresh each day—from the Hollandaise to the whipped cream. Stop by in Greeley or in Fort Collins any day of the week for a meal you’ll want to come back to every morning.
Cafe Bluebird
Cafe Bluebird is about classic breakfast, comfort food and a cozy, neighborhood atmosphere. Since 1982, they’ve been family-owned and operated right here in Fort Collins. Their menu features locally sourced dairy and produce and house-made items like breads and coffee cakes to create homemade recipes. It’s the perfect way to wake up every day of the week!
Cafe Vino
Cafe Vino may be a favorite for dinner dates and business lunches, but don’t forget they serve up a delicious breakfast every day of the week, too! We suggest the House Cold-Smoked Salmon for breakfast or the sweet Stuffed Challah French Toast. And we definitely recommend pairing your meal with something from their extensive breakfast cocktail list.
Choice City Butcher & Deli
Choice City serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Their breakfast menu has the perfect mix of savory and sweet dishes alongside some of the most creative Egg Benedicts we’ve ever seen. Try the Potato Benedict served with creamy potato cakes or the Hot & Spicy topped with their very own capicola ham!
Ginger and Baker

In November 2017, Ginger and Baker opened the doors to their café, market and bakery, restaurant, teaching kitchen, and rooftop bar located inside the historic Northern Colorado Feeders Supply building. That impressive list of offerings makes this more than just a restaurant destination—but when you’re looking to sit down for weekday brunch, The Café is one of your best options. The farm-to-fork menu includes biscuits and toasts, grain bowls, pancakes, skillets, burritos and more—and it’s offered all day!
La Crêperie & French Bakery of Fort Collins
La Crêperie is one of the only places in Fort Collins where you can find French pastries and inspired meals. When you come in for breakfast, you’ll find scratch-made crêpes, galettes, croissants, brioches, baguettes and more. If you’ve never been, introduce yourself to French cooking with the Cocotte Brioche—two poached eggs nestled in a homemade butter brioche with either poblano, mustard sauce or Hollandaise sauce.
Lucile’s Creole Cafe
Lucile’s is a Boulder original that has nestled perfectly in towns throughout Colorado. In fact, the Fort Collins cafe has become a favorite for locals and visitors alike! Inspired by the family’s Creole history, the mother-daughter team created an inspiring menu filled with jaw-dropping options. We suggest the Eggs New Orleans, a twist on Eggs Benedict served with fried eggplant, poached eggs, creole spice and hollandaise.

Rainbow serves one of the best breakfast menus every day of the week on one of the best garden patios in all of Fort Collins. The cozy, sunny atmosphere is the perfect way to wake up on a Wednesday or catch up with friends on a Sunday morning. As one of our favorite vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants in town, their menu is packed with meals that can satisfy every diet and every craving whether you’re a meat eater or not.
Rise! A Breakfast Place

The Daggetts have been a part of the Fort Collins community since the 90s, learning, developing and testing their food experience along the way. With Rise! they’re finally sharing their passion by serving fresh, wholesome foods all made from scratch. Love Eggs Benedict? Try the Undecided. It consists of one egg topped with smoked ham and Hollandaise and one egg topped with housemade sausage gravy from Creekstone Natural Pork!
Silver Grill Cafe

This breakfast paradise has been a Fort Collins favorite since it opened in 1933. As the oldest restaurant in Northern Colorado, Silver Grill Cafe has had plenty of time to learn the ropes and perfect breakfast. The cafe is famous for their enormous, gooey cinnamon rolls, but don’t miss the rest of the menu! It’s filled with American classics including seasonal specials, sweet French toasts, Benedicts, breakfast burritos and more.
Snooze
Snooze originally opened in 2006 in Denver by two brothers with a passion for culinary experimentation and gourmet breakfast food. Today, you can find their delicious classics and exciting innovations in neighborhoods across Colorado, California, Arizona and Texas—and right here in Fort Collins! If you’re into dessert pancakes, creative Benedicts and craft cocktails, wake up with Snooze any day of the week.
Union Bar and Soda Fountain

This River District restaurant features some of the most mouthwatering comfort foods, most innovative cocktails, one of the best patios, and some of the most stunning design in the city. Inspired by the food and the ideals of the old-school soda fountain and diner, the menu includes milkshakes (both kid-friendly and adult-friendly), donuts, all-day brunch and American classics. Urban Egg Eatery
If you’re not sure what to order for breakfast, Urban Egg’s diverse, delicious and innovative menu won’t help you narrow it down (neither will their drool-worthy Instagram). But there’s no rush! Order an Organic Morning Margarita or Maui Waui Mimosa with pineapple vodka, orange juice and Prosecco and peruse the menu. If you really can’t decide, we recommend the Pancake Flight which features three different flavors!
The Waffle Lab

The Waffle Lab began as one of Northern Colorado’s favorite food trucks and has become one of Fort Collins’ best breakfast, brunch and waffle destinations. In their hip, casual brick and mortar space, you can get your gourmet Belgian-style Liège waffle topped with fruit, Nutella, homemade whipped cream, real Vermont maple syrup and so much more. In their words, “If you want to find a waffle that will ruin it for all others, you need to find The Waffle Lab.”
