Adrienne Scharli
Growing up in California, Adrienne always dreamed of moving to Colorado. She finally did in 1996 and began her career in real estate shortly after in 1999. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with family, golfing, drawing and painting, tackling home improvement projects, or simply hanging out on her deck with a glass of wine. Sounds like the perfect day to us!
Of all the amazing neighborhoods in Northern Colorado, Adrienne particularly loves Kechter Farm, Stetson Creek and Fossil Lake — all located in Fort Collins near conveniences, parks, restaurants and shopping.
Judy Bogaard
Judy is a Colorado native and has lived in Northern Colorado since she moved from Denver in 1978. She became a Groupie in 1991 and now works with her youngest son who is also a partner! Over the years, she has received the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence award for Top Producer and has been recognized as one of “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” by Real Trends.
One of her most rewarding experiences in real estate occurred when she was contacted by a family after their son was in an accident that left him paralyzed. Judy helped them sell their two-story home and settle into a ranch-style. Then, she gave back the commission to help them remodel the home with a wheelchair ramp, wider doors and a roll-in shower. Five years later, the family was ready to move again and, once more, Judy found their dream home with accessible modifications. We’re so happy you’re on the team, Judy!
Jeff Davidson
Jeff Davidson was born in Bozeman, Montana, moved to Fort Collins when he was just two years old and has called Northern Colorado home ever since. With a lifetime of experience in Fort Collins and more than ten years of experience in local real estate, he has become an expert agent who works to serve his clients on a daily basis.
Over the years, Jeff has grown to love the Quail Hollow neighborhood of Fort Collins. Thanks to its mountain views, biking trails, and close proximity to Spring Canyon Park and dog-friendly Intersect Brewing, we think you will, too!
Doug Miller
Doug has lived in Colorado for nearly 50 years. Though you’ll often find him spending time outdoors camping, fishing and boating, his other passions include helping families achieve their dream of homeownership and working with area nonprofits through The Group and through Overland Sertoma Service Club in Windsor.
Doug’s favorite neighborhood in Northern Colorado is Windsor’s Highland Meadows thanks to its abundance of quality, fun places to explore. Offering lake views, proximity to both Fort Collins and Loveland, as well as golf course amenities, it’s a wonderful, family-friendly location!
Patti Phillips
Patti moved to Fort Collins from upstate New York back in 1980 and, since then, it has become her favorite place for both work and play. And because of her career in real estate and her stand out charisma, she gets to combine both! In fact, she hosts a client appreciation Country Christmas Gathering every December with between 200 and 250 clients in attendance.
One of her favorite areas of Northern Colorado is north Fort Collins which boasts acreages, ranches and quick commutes to the local businesses of the city’s urban areas.
Diane Iwanicki
Diane has lived in Colorado for 30 years. She spent many of those years living in Estes Park where her husband Bob still designs and builds custom homes. But, after their children were born, the family moved to the valley where Diane enjoys watching her son play baseball, seeing her daughter compete in Dressage, and camping together in their pop-up camper.
Because it offers the open spaces and outdoor activities she loves, Diane’s favorite neighborhood is Seven Lakes. There, she can spend time in her favorite place: her very own backyard where she can watch the pelicans and blue herons land on the lake during the sunset!
Debbie Hansen
Debbie Hansen is a native of Madison, Wisconsin and a proud Wisconsin alumnus. In 1999, she moved to Northern Colorado — the same year she became a Broker Associate/Partner at The Group!
Today, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors, swimming, biking, and playing tennis with her husband and their two kids. Her favorite neighborhood in Northern Colorado is Mariana Butte because it offers proximity for all of her interests and hobbies, as well as golf course living, and it’s just minutes from the heart of downtown Loveland.
