At The Group, Inc., our business is built on relationships. Whether it’s between us and our agents or our agents and you, we place the highest value on trust. Since we started, our agents have been our partners and, as NoCo locals, real estate experts and owners of the company, they’re the cornerstone of our brokerage.

To honor these outstanding Groupies, we’re introducing a handful here on NoCo Speaks — and they were also featured in our latest edition of The Source! Available on both newsstands and online, this unique publication covers all our local listings, upcoming events and developments as well as local, neighborhood highlights.

Now back in her old stomping grounds, you can often find her exploring new brewhouses, enjoying a nice afternoon on a patio with friends and hiking, biking and walking the trails with her husband and daughter.

One of her favorite places to do that is Prospect Estates which offers large lots, huge trees, quiet streets and it’s all just five minutes from the attractions and fun of Old Town Fort Collins!

On the topic of her favorite neighborhood, Kathy said, “There are so many great neighborhoods in Northern Colorado but, like a lot of folks who call Fort Collins home, one of the places I love to spend time is in Old Town. It’s an easy sell when clients visit from out of state!”

Kelly McBartlett

Of all the neighborhoods in NoCo, Kelly’s favorites are located off the beaten path, like Parkwood, Fairway Estates, Coeur d’Alene Estates and Belmont Farms. The homes in these areas boast impressive architecture and an unassuming nature, so they stand out from the crowd!

Born and raised in Loveland, Miki has loved seeing this small town emerge into a thriving community — from the old, beloved neighborhoods and out to the growing suburban areas. She’s been a Realtor here for over 20 years and her favorite thing about the job is helping people find the exact home they want and need.

Since childhood, her favorite Loveland neighborhood has been downtown thanks to all the attractions and local businesses it offers. A list of her favorites include the Foote Lagoon, the library, the recreation center, Door 222 Food & Drink, Henry’s Pub and Mo’ Betta Gumbo.

Tami grew up in Northern Colorado on Harleys and horses. Now, her and her husband live on a ranch east of Fort Collins with their horses, dogs and cats. Since 1987, she’s been working in real estate and she has loved every minute of it. “Helping others realize their real estate dreams has been a blessing,” she said.

Because of her childhood and her passion for horses, Tami considers herself more of a country girl than a neighborhood girl. As such, her favorite areas are Rist Canyon, Stove Prairie and Bellvue thanks to their trees, open land, rolling hills and privacy.

When he’s not working, you can find him biking, hiking and traveling with his family.

“It is hard to pick any favorite neighborhoods,” said Tim. “Because what I love about Fort Collins and Loveland is the diversity of neighborhoods.” Now that there’s a bike path connecting FoCo and Loveland, Tim and his wife enjoy attractions and areas all over NoCo, including The Gardens at Spring Creek, Door 222 Food & Drink and The Rialto Theater, the patio at Otto Pint, and Big Al’s Burgers and Dogs.

Todd Fields

Todd Fields The Group, Inc. Real Estate agent

Todd has lived in Colorado for his entire life. Though he grew up in the mountains, he moved to Fort Collins in 1980, attended CSU and raised his three children with his wife here in FoCo. He’s been at The Group for the last 24 years. And when he’s not working, you can find him golfing, running, hiking and coaching — which he’s done for more than 30 seasons!

Todd’s favorite thing about Fort Collins is the character and the nature of the people who call this city home. As a result, he has a hard time choosing a favorite neighborhood. From the flavor of Old Town and the new Jessup Farm area out to Warren Lake and where he lives on the south side, it’s all local food, local beer and great people!
