The pumpkin pickin’s are not slim here in Northern Colorado. In a region built by agriculture, our communities contain several farms and seasonal destinations you’ll want to come back to year after year.

Anderson Farms | Evans
Home to Colorado’s longest-running corn maze, Anderson Farms is a historic destination for family fun during the fall. In addition to their 25-acre corn maze, you can ride a wagon to the 30-acre pumpkin patch and pick from 70 varieties of pumpkins, squash and gourds, reserve a private campfire site, and even get scared through the Halloween season at special, haunted attractions. In 2022, the fall festival will be up and running from September 21st through October 31st.
The Bartels Pumpkin Patch | Fort Collins
Bartels Farm is a family-owned and family-operated farm established all the way back in 1905. Following tradition, the current owners still grow organic corn, hay, wheat and barley, but are also known throughout the region for their expansive pumpkin patch and vegetable garden. Through the fall season, you can pick your own pumpkin or grab a pre-picked pumpkin, then enjoy a corn maze, hayrides, pumpkin chuckin’ and see farm animals. Fritzler Farm Park | LaSalle
A tradition for generations of Colorado families, Fritzler Farm Park offers mountains of fun during the fall. This year, their Fall Festival will include more than 15 attractions, including a pumpkin patch, a corn maze, pedal go-carts, the Barrel Coaster, paintball, a beer garden, pumpkin blasters and more — including the terrifying Scream Acres. The Hollow at Hankins Farms | Johnstown
Open every weekend in October, The Hollow is a family form set off the highway, away from the hustle and bustle in Johnstown. This family farm offers a corn maze, games, a pumpkin patch, corn cannons and more. The Hollow is open on every weekend in October. Harvest Farm | Wellington
Harvest Farm is a 100-acre farm and rehabilitation center for men hoping to break cycles of addiction and homelessness. Their Fall Festival is an annual fundraising event that includes a corn maze, wagon rides, a petting zoo, a nightly bonfire, a pumpkin patch and so much more. The 2021 Fall Festival was cancelled due to COVID; follow them on Facebook for the latest updates about this year’s event.
Miller Farms | Platteville
This working farm throws a Fall Festival every year from Labor Day through mid-November. Included in the cost of admission, kids of all ages are invited to explore the farm, harvest their own vegetables straight from the dirt, take a hayride through 180 acres of farm fields, journey through the corn maze, play in kids play areas, see antique tractors, climb the hay pyramid and more. Available vegetables include pumpkins, of course! The Miller Farms Fall Festival is happening every day (from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.) from Labor Day to mid-November. Jack Lantern’s Corn Maze | Fort Collins
Jack Lantern’s Corn Maze has been Northern Colorado’s favorite corn maze and pumpkin patch for more than 20 years, offering 90 acres of fear, fright and fun. During the day, the grounds are alive with a festive, family-friendly harvest celebration. Complete with two pumpkin patches, bounce houses, corn chuckers, pedal cars, farm animals and trick-or-treating, it’s a must-visit for families all over the region. Osborn Farm | Loveland
More than 150 years ago, the Osborn family made Colorado their home. Today, the fifth and sixth generations are providing our region with an abundance of plump pumpkins grown on their gorgeous farmland and Christmas trees during the holiday season! Fall attractions include the pick-your-own pumpkin patch, a barrel train, hayrides and more seasonal products available for purchase. Osborn Farm is open for the 2022 season on Saturday, October 1st!
Pumpkin Pickin’ Paradise | Milliken
This place is—just as the name proclaims—a pumpkin pickin’ paradise. Guests can choose pumpkins, gourds and various types of squash, explore the haunted shack and go inside the haunted maze, enjoy the big orange maze, shop the store, and more. Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch | Longmont
Celebrating 30 years in 2022, this certified-organic farm grows more than 100 different varieties of vegetables each year, including pumpkins for the fall season! During the month of October, you can visit on weekdays for seasonal attractions like self-guided tours, pumpkin crafts, an inflatable obstacle course and Uncle Oscar’s Hay Maze. On weekends, the fun increases with more attractions, including pony rides and a petting zoo, slides, coasters and more. For the 2022 season, Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch is open September 16th–18th and 23rd–25th, and every day in October.
Something From the Farm | Fort Collins
This family-owned pumpkin patch is the perfect place to grab a pumpkin, enjoy a hayride and explore their one-acre corn maze. Run by four generations of Dorys, your fall visit will be complemented by farm animals, the farm dog Kona and Country Store goods like cider, snacks, homegrown popcorn, jams and more. Tigges Farm | Greeley
Known for their roasted chilies and fresh produce, Tigges Farm also becomes a fall paradise each autumn. This family-owned and -operated farm offers an admission-free experience complete with a pick-your-own pumpkin patch suited for both Jack-O-Lanterns and pie baking.
